Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting HubbleHut’s AI talent acquisition and HR solutions,



and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. The Specialist will execute marketing campaigns, support brand positioning, and coordinate with internal teams to develop targeted sales materials and presentations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, responding to customer inquiries, gathering market insights, and preparing regular sales and marketing performance reports. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support training initiatives and promotional activities that drive client acquisition and retention.
