Key Responsibilities
- Accounts & Billing: Maintain daily vouchers, sales invoices, purchase entries, and petty cash in Tally/BUSY.
- Banking & Reconciliation: Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and manage payment follow-ups.
- GST & Compliance Support:



Prepare GST invoice details, E-way bills, and track TDS deductions.
- Payroll & Attendance: Track employee daily attendance, leaves, calculate monthly payroll, and handle salary processing.
- HR & Onboarding: Manage employee joining documentation, maintain personal records, and handle exit formalities.
- Office Administration: Vendor management, office inventory, asset allocation logs, and routine admin tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of practical experience in Accounts & HR administration.
- Software Skills: Practical working knowledge of Tally / BUSY and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, filters).
- Location: Must be fully comfortable commuting daily to the office address.
- Service Period: Strict willingness to commit to a minimum 3-Year Service Period.
- Gender: Male / Female *(Female Candidate Preferred)*.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
