About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our growth marketing efforts across organic, paid, social, and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who has built and scaled growth engines in rapid-paced consumer internet businesses and has experience navigating both 01 and 110 growth journeys.

You will own the end-to-end digital growth strategy with a strong focus on revenue, subscriptions, customer acquisition, and engagement. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Revenue
- Own digital growth goals across traffic, user acquisition, subscriptions, revenue, engagement.
- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across organic, paid, social, and partnerships.
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities through experimentation, optimization, and data-driven decision making.
- Drive customer acquisition while maintaining strong CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics.

SEO, GEO & AEO




- Lead the organization's organic growth strategy across traditional search and AI-driven discovery platforms.
- Build and execute SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging AI platforms.
- Drive technical SEO, content strategy, authority building, structured data implementation, and AI-search discoverability initiatives.
- Monitor search and AI ecosystem changes and proactively adapt strategies.

Performance Marketing
- Own and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, and other relevant channels.
- Manage budgets, attribution models, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Continuously improve campaign performance across CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer quality metrics.
