Key Responsibilities
- Handle post-sales customer relationship management for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with customers regarding possession, documentation, payments and other requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and resolve their queries/complaints.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects and other internal departments.
- Maintain customer records, follow-up details and the CRM database.
- Track payment schedules, outstanding amounts and documentation status.
- Handle customer communication through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Prepare regular CRM reports and MIS for management.
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer issues.

Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of total experience in CRM / Customer Relationship / Client Servicing.
- Previous experience in real estate is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of real estate customer handling and post-sales activities.




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Gujarati, Hindi and English communication will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,690.18 - ₹55,690.33 per month
