Role Description
The Area Sales Manager – Sexual Wellness is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for driving sales growth and market presence within the assigned territory. The position involves managing existing accounts, identifying and onboarding recent partners, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders. Daily tasks include visiting client locations, presenting products, negotiating terms,



monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely order fulfillment and collections. The role also entails analyzing sales data, tracking competitor activities, implementing promotional plans, and providing regular performance reports to senior management. The Area Sales Manager collaborates closely with marketing and operations teams to execute territory strategies, ensure regulatory and brand-compliance in all activities, and support training initiatives for partners and internal teams.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, territory management, or business development, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or sexual wellness categories.
- Strong skills in relationship-building, account management, and stakeholder communication across retail and distribution channels.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions to improve territory performance.
