We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead real estate acquisition activities. The role will be responsible for identifying suitable land parcels and property opportunities, developing relationships with landowners and intermediaries, evaluating acquisition and redevelopment opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and driving transactions through to successful closure.

The candidate should have solid knowledge of the local real estate market, an established network of landowners, brokers and property consultants, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify commercially viable acquisition and redevelopment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source suitable land parcels, properties, redevelopment opportunities, and strategic acquisition opportunities in targeted locations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with societies, brokers, channel partners, consultants, developers, and other relevant stakeholders.





Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential acquisition and redevelopment opportunities.

Conduct preliminary assessment of properties based on location, connectivity, land size, configuration, zoning, development potential, market value, accessibility, and commercial viability.

Arrange and conduct property visits, meetings, negotiations, and discussions with stakeholders.

Negotiate purchase price, payment terms, timelines, commercial structures, and other transaction conditions to achieve the company's objectives.

Explore and structure different transaction models, including outright purchase, Joint Venture (JV), Joint Development Agreement (JDA), revenue sharing, redevelopment, and other suitable arrangements.

Collect and coordinate property-related documents required for preliminary evaluation and due diligence.

Coordinate with the Legal, Finance, Projects, Planning, Architecture, and other internal teams for evaluation and approval of acquisition and
