Role & responsibilities
- Casting Yard : Oversees overall production management, resource allocation, workforce supervision, and adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
- Casting Yard / Precast Engineer: Monitors day-to-day production activities, checks reinforcement cages against approved drawings, oversees concrete pouring and vibration
- Quality Control (QA/QC) Inspector: Conducts geometry control, performs slump and compressive strength tests on concrete, and verifies final element accuracy before demoulding
- Rebar / Reinforcement Supervisor: Manages the cutting, bending, and tying of reinforcement bars, prepares Bar Bending Schedules
