About the Role

We are looking for a energetic, creative, and highly adaptable Digital Marketing & Operations Associate to join our team full-time.

This is a project-based role, where you will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of digital marketing, content, CRM, automation, and operational activities for assigned clients.

Rather than working on just one specific function, you will be expected to handle the complete digital execution for a client/project—from setting up and managing platforms to creating content, coordinating campaigns, managing communications, conducting research, and ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed smoothly.

Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they have a basic understanding of the tools and platforms mentioned below and are eager to learn and work across multiple areas of digital marketing and operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and execute digital marketing activities for assigned clients/projects.
- Manage social media platforms and maintain consistent content activity.
- Create, edit,



schedule, and publish social media content.
- Assist with content planning and develop content strategies based on client requirements.
- Create marketing creatives and promotional materials using Canva.
- Manage and coordinate social media campaigns.
- Conduct market, competitor, audience, and content research.
- Monitor campaign and content performance and prepare reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital marketing performance.

CRM, Automation & Client Systems
- Set up, manage, and maintain client CRM systems.
- Work with GoHighLevel (GHL) and other CRM/automation platforms.
- Build and manage pipelines, workflows, automations, forms, calendars, and related systems.
- Assist with lead management and tracking.
- Set up and maintain client processes and digital systems.
- Troubleshoot basic CRM, automation, and platform-related issues.
