We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the pace, complexity, and
people requirements of Retail, Hospitality, and QSR environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on
experience hiring across levels—from junior frontline roles to mid–senior roles.
They must also have experience supporting new store/hotel/restaurant openings, including bulk hiring
and pre-opening manpower planning.Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across corporate, store, and operations teams.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for junior, mid-level, and leadership roles.
Strong understanding and prior experience of hiring for hospitality and retail roles.
2. Hiring for Pre-Opening & Ramp-Up
Lead manpower hiring for recent hotel/restaurant/store openings.
Execute bulk hiring drives for frontline teams.
Build local hiring pipelines and vendor partnerships (agencies, institutes, apprenticeship
programs).
3. Talent Strategy & Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs and role expectations.
Build hiring plans for monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements.
Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation benchmarking, and role structuring.
4. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management
Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles (chefs, store staff, operations) by using
different sourcing channels.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles.
5. Process Excellence
Ensure recruitment SLA adherence: TAT, quality of hire, and cost optimization.
Maintain structured interview processes, assessments, and selection frameworks.
Track and report hiring metrics weekly/monthly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour standards.
6. Employer Branding
Support in creating hiring collaterals and driving visibility for frontline and corporate hiring.
Organize recruitment events, walk-ins, and campus partnerships
