Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in banking sales, BFSI sales, field sales, health insurance, insurance sales, NBFC or agency channel.
- Strong understanding of the local market trends and regulations in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
