- Responsible for material control in and out of main materials storage facility.
- Prepare Daily shortage Report and checking physical stock as per records.
- Issue of material against Material requests raised by Departments & Maintain record of all issued materials.
- Co-ordinate between production and purchasing on all inventories movement.
- Arrange & store the material properly and maintaining FIFO in the flow of material.
- Responsible for receiving materials, inventory control & consumable store’s items.
- Preparing the list of rapid moving / slow moving items and not usable materials.
- To Maintain Minimum & Maximum, Safety Inventory Level.
- Perpetual inventory planning on daily basis based on A,B & C class material.
- Prepare daily and weekly Production planning for in house parts.
- DAILY/Weekly / Monthly MIS through system for shortages & excesses of stock.
- Keeping the materials in good condition free from waste, damage, and contamination.
- Monthly stock verification & reconciliation Physical & System.
- Having ERP knowledge & can manage independently store operations under guidance.
- Having good knowledge in MS Office with advance excel formula.
