- The candidate will be responsible for independently handling patent drafting and prosecution matters across multiple technology domains, working closely with inventors, R&D; teams and clients.
- The role will include drafting and filing patent applications in India and international jurisdictions including the US, Europe, PCT and Japan; preparing responses to FERs, office actions and other objections; handling patent prosecution and hearings before the Indian Patent Office; and coordinating with clients, inventors and foreign associates.
- The candidate will also undertake patentability and prior-art searches, invalidation/validity searches, FTO searches, patent landscape studies, claim analysis and other IP research activities.




- The role may also involve opposition and other contentious patent matters.
- The candidate must have solid knowledge of Indian patent law and prosecution practice, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage patent matters.
- Registration as an Indian Patent Agent and hands-on experience in handling patent prosecution and hearings are required.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Automobile, Production/Industrial, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical.
