We are looking for a Travel Experience Associate to join our Operations team and become an significant part of the day-to-day travel experience we deliver to our clients.

About the Role

The Travel Experience Associate will work closely with the Head of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO), supporting them in day-to-day travel operations, bookings, client coordination and traveller experience management.

This is a high-ownership, front-facing role. The candidate will be one of the key points of contact between Moventiti and the organizations we serve for travel-related requirements, operational concerns and experience-related issues.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, highly responsive,



well-organized and comfortable communicating with corporate clients and travellers.

Key Responsibilities

Travel & Booking Operations
- Assist the Head of Operations and COO with day-to-day booking and travel requirements.
- Handle flight, hotel and other travel bookings for corporate clients.
- Process booking amendments, cancellations, rescheduling and related requests.
- Ensure all booking and traveller information is accurate.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers and other travel partners.
- Monitor upcoming travel and proactively identify potential issues.
- Assist with boarding passes, itineraries and other travel-related documentation.
- Ensure travel requests are handled within defined turnaround times and SLAs.

Client & Traveller Experience
- Act as a front-facing representative of Moventiti for organizations and their travellers.
