We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Engineer with strong knowledge of solar inverters and distribution board (DB) manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical activities related to solar inverters and electrical systems.
- Design, assemble, test, and troubleshoot AC/DC DBs and electrical panels.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot inverter and DB-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, sales, and project teams.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained during manufacturing.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Guide and supervise technicians and junior engineers.

Requirements




- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in solar, inverter, electrical panel, or DB manufacturing.
- Positive knowledge of electrical components, wiring, protection devices, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in DB/panel fabrication and testing will be an advantage.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
