Job responsibilities:

▪ Develop and lead influencer marketing strategies for brands and entertainment.

▪ Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies, and brand stakeholders.

▪ Manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns including ideation, negotiations, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.

▪ Supervise and mentor associates and junior team members by delegating work effectively and ensuring smooth execution across accounts.

▪ Conduct quality checks (QC) on campaign execution, content, reports,



and client deliverables to maintain high standards of work.

▪ Work closely with internal creative, marketing, and content teams to conceptualize innovative campaign ideas and content strategies.

▪ Research industry trends, competitor activities, audience behavior, and emerging influencer categories to identify growth opportunities.

▪ Brainstorm and implement current, creative approaches to influencer marketing and brand integration campaigns.

▪ Train and guide team members on influencer marketing best practices, client servicing, campaign management, and execution excellence.
