Role Description
The Business Development Associate role at PhonePe is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with partners and merchants, and support the expansion of PhonePe’s products and services in target markets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing and delivering presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to close deals and onboard partners.



The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing feedback on market trends, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance PhonePe’s market reach.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and support business growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within technology, fintech, or related industries.
