Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise monitoring platforms including Dynatrace and Datadog.
- Perform proactive monitoring, event correlation, alert tuning, and incident management.
- Configure and maintain dashboards, SLA/KPI reports, and service health views.
- Monitor AWS and hybrid infrastructure components using Dynatrace, Datadog, CloudWatch, and related observability tools.
- Analyze alerts, identify root causes, and reduce alert noise to improve MTTR.
- Configure and manage OneAgent, Smartscape, APM, infrastructure monitoring, log analytics, and synthetic monitoring.
- Integrate monitoring solutions with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow/Assyst.
- Develop and maintain monitoring SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation.
- Support 24x7 operations and participate in incident/problem management activities.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Middleware, CI/CD, Linux, and Windows support teams for end-to-end service observability.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the monitoring ecosystem.

Required Skills




- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Datadog Infrastructure Monitoring, APM, Logs, and Dashboards.
- Strong understanding of observability concepts, application performance monitoring, distributed tracing, and log analytics.
- Experience with AWS monitoring tools such as CloudWatch and cloud-native services.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
- Experience in alert configuration, threshold tuning, and incident management.
- Understanding of ServiceNow/ITSM processes.
- Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Instana, Splunk, Grafana, or similar monitoring platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
- Scripting/automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Exposure to middleware technologies (WMB, JBoss Fuse, ActiveMQ, DataPower).
