Tavant Technologies is seeking a talented individual for the position of Web + API - Manual + Automation - Playwright and Typescript. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for web and API applications. Your focus will be on both manual and automated testing using Playwright and Typescript to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will collaborate closely with development teams to understand application functionality and identify test requirements. Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive test documentation and provide feedback on software performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual test cases for web and API applications.
- Design and implement automated test scripts using Playwright and Typescript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather testing requirements and provide test coverage for new features.
- Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing and performance testing as required.




- Maintain and enhance the automation test framework.
- Review and optimize test processes to improve overall testing efficiency.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Proficiency in Playwright for end-to-end testing of web applications.
- Strong experience in TypeScript for writing and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with manual testing techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks is a plus.
