Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology

Experience :
6-8 Years

Role & responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across functions,



levels, and hiring categories.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Draft, refine, and publish job descriptions aligned to business needs and market realities.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, social media, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and role fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring timely communication and a seamless process.
- Drive interview follow-ups, collect panel feedback, and keep stakeholders updated on hiring progress.
- Conduct compensation discussions
