Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the store team, delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining visual and operational standards, and ensuring effective inventory management.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage a fast-paced retail environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure the store is opened and closed according to company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure all company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the Area Manager and head office on operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth execution of promotions, campaigns, launches, and seasonal activities.
Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales, conversion, average transaction value, and other key performance indicators.
- Analyze store performance and implement action plans to improve results.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Ensure effective implementation of pricing, promotions, and offers.
Customer Experience
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and escalations professionally.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers.
- Ensure the team follows company standards for customer interaction and service.
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities
