Key Responsibilities
- Lead market research, customer insights, competitor analysis, and market intelligence across Mumbai and Pune.
- Evaluate land opportunities, project feasibility, market potential, and development opportunities.
- Develop data-driven pricing strategies and recommendations for current and existing residential projects.
- Drive product mix, product positioning, unit configuration, and launch strategy based on market demand.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, competitor pricing, inventory, absorption, and sales performance.
- Partner with Land Acquisition, Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Project Development teams to support business decisions.
- Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations for senior management and leadership teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality market intelligence and feasibility reports.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing market research/product strategy team.
- Establish robust market intelligence frameworks, dashboards,



and benchmarks to support business planning.

Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Product Strategy, Market Research, Business Planning, Real Estate Advisory, or a related function.
- Strong experience in residential real estate, particularly Mumbai and/or Pune markets.
- Proven expertise in market intelligence, feasibility analysis, pricing, product planning, and competitive analysis.
- Experience managing product strategy and pricing across multiple residential projects.
- Strong understanding of land evaluation, project feasibility, product mix, market positioning, and launch planning.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and stakeholder leadership.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and present actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
