Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Medical Affairs CRM Data Entry Specialist
to support the maintenance and management of Medical Affairs data within
Veeva CRM
. The individual will be responsible for accurate and timely entry, validation, maintenance, and quality control of HCP/HCO, KOL, medical engagement, medical inquiry, and activity-related information.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with
Veeva CRM or similar Life Sciences CRM platforms
and understand Medical Affairs processes and data requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain
HCP, HCO, KOL, and stakeholder information
in Veeva CRM.
- Capture and update
Medical Affairs interactions
, including MSL engagements, scientific exchanges, advisory boards, congresses, and other medical activities.




- Enter and maintain
Medical Inquiry
information, including inquiry type, product, therapeutic area, questions, responses, follow-ups, and closure information.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, duplicate identification, and correction of inaccurate or incomplete records.
- Maintain HCP/HCO affiliations, specialties, addresses, contact information, and areas of scientific expertise.
- Support data loading and updates associated with
Medical Affairs campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagements
.
- Review CRM records for completeness and compliance with defined business rules and SOPs.
- Work with Medical Affairs, MSL, Data Management, and CRM teams to resolve data-quality issues.
- Generate basic reports and data extracts to support Medical Affairs operations.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and auditability of data changes.
- Follow company privacy, compliance, and data-governance requirements.
