JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior HR Manager to manage the complete HR function of the organization. The role will be responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, training, compliance, documentation, and employee discipline.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day HR operations and coordinating with management and department heads for effective manpower and people management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, managerial and blue-collar positions.
- Prepare manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and selection.
- Coordinate joining, onboarding and employee documentation.




- Maintain recruitment MIS, open-position tracking and joining plans.

2. Attendance, Payroll & Employee Records
- Manage daily attendance, leave, late-coming and absenteeism records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary-related activities.
- Maintain employee master data and HR records.
- Handle salary revisions, increments, advances and related documentation.
- Ensure proper employee joining and exit documentation.

3. HR Policies & SOPs
- Develop, implement and update HR policies, SOPs and employee guidelines.
- Manage policies related to leave, attendance, overtime, advance salary, notice period, probation and discipline.
- Ensure employees understand and follow company policies.
- Maintain HR documentation and acknowledgement records.

4. Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Develop KRAs/KPIs in coordination with department heads.
