Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Test Manager
with 12+ years of overall experience and solid expertise in
Banking, QA/QE, Testing and Test Automation
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading end-to-end testing initiatives for complex banking/financial applications, while remaining hands-on with automation frameworks and quality engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end
QA, testing and quality engineering
activities across banking applications and technology platforms.
- Define and execute comprehensive
test strategies, test plans, automation strategies and quality processes
.
- Lead functional, integration, regression, system and end-to-end testing initiatives.
- Drive
test automation
using relevant frameworks and tools, ensuring improved coverage, efficiency and faster release cycles.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to QA engineers and automation teams.
- Collaborate closely with
Business,



Product, Engineering, Technology and Operations
teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Identify testing risks, dependencies and gaps, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Establish and monitor QA metrics, defect trends, test coverage and overall quality KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of
QE, shift-left and automation-first
practices.
- Manage defect lifecycle, root-cause analysis and resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Support release planning, production readiness and go-live activities.
- Mentor and develop QA/test teams and ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.

Mandatory Requirements
- 12+ years of overall IT/QA experience
, with significant experience in Test/QA Management.
