Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive - Demand Planning

Experience: 5+ Years

Location : Vadodara

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, demand planning, and forecast consolidation.
- Act as a key interface between customers, Plant, Logistics, Warehouse, and Business Development teams.
- Review, track, and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Prepare and share open order reports with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate batch readiness, dispatch planning, and shipment execution.
- Follow up on artwork approvals, recent product launches, and customer-specific requirements.
- Maintain order management files, daily trackers, and planning reports.
- Analyze forecasts, inventory, and demand patterns to support business planning.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status and dispatch updates.

Qualification
- MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) or BE/ME.
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Order Management.
- Strong MS Excel, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
