We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The candidate should have good knowledge of HR processes and be capable of independently handling HR activities across multiple departments/branches.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee personal files, HR records, joining documents, and HRMS data.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, permissions, late coming, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing and resolve payroll/attendance discrepancies.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee joining, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.




- Conduct exit interviews and complete full-and-final documentation.
- Maintain and update organizational charts, manpower reports, and employee databases.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, PT, Labour Law and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to manpower, attendance, recruitment, attrition, leave, and payroll.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure proper implementation of grooming, uniform, discipline, and workplace standards.
- Coordinate with branch managers and department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support HR Manager in implementing new HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
- Handle any other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
