Role Description
The HR Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting day-to-day human resources operations. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping prepare HR-related documentation. The intern will support the implementation of HR policies, contribute to onboarding and orientation processes, and help coordinate employee engagement initiatives.



Additional tasks may involve collecting and organizing HR data, supporting perks administration, and collaborating with HR team members on special projects. This role provides hands-on experience in core HR functions and exposure to HR practices within a growing IT company.
