This position is the single point of contact for identified system(s) and assumes overall responsibility and ownership of all assigned Systems for Sales managing the execution of various projects on an ongoing basis. Additionally, this position is responsible towards exercising budgetary control over no. of projects/hours spent under each System.
This position is also responsible for Commercial Management, Vendor Management, Market Evaluation of recent solutions, Solution and design management, Project management, Management of Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives.

2. Implement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with the contract.
3. Minimize risk and shares best practices across multiple projects Identifies and mitigates projects risk across projects.
