Job Responsibilities

Operate VMC machines with Fanuc Control./Mithsubishi

Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

Set work offsets and tool offsets as per job requirements.

Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.

Perform first-piece inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge.

Monitor machining operations and maintain dimensional accuracy.

Change tools, insert tips, and perform minor machine adjustments.

Maintain production records and ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Fanuc CNC Control/.Mithsubishi

Ability to read engineering drawings.

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.

Basic understanding of G-code and M-code.

Knowledge of CNC Turning and/or VMC operations.

Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
