Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple locations.
- Coordinate bulk hiring campaigns, talent acquisition strategies, and selection processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Oversee team handling responsibilities, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in B2C or BPO hiring, bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, mass recruitment, or volume hiring.
- Proven track record in managing teams and executing successful recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
