Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO/AEO, paid media, social, content, and email channels to drive brand visibility, traffic, and conversions, working closely with the Marketing Head.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO/AEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email, and content marketing
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization
- Develop and execute the social media strategy and content calendar for LinkedIn
- Create and write content for blogs, landing pages, social media posts, ad copies, and email campaigns
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals
- Support on-page and off-page SEO activities,



including keyword research and content optimization, to improve organic visibility
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
- Track and analyze campaign performance across channels using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research to inform marketing strategy
- Manage marketing budgets across channels and optimize spend for the best possible ROI
- Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and current digital marketing tools and techniques
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders

Experience:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Go
