Experience : 8- 20 yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Request for Quotation / Enquiry
- Floating of RFQ / Enquiry to listed vendors
- Follow up for Bid Acknowledgment & Offers from Vendors
- Discussion & resolution of Commercial queries in consultation with Seniors
- Communication & Coordination for resolution of Technical queries
- Preparation of Techno-commercial bid evaluation
- Preparation of Commercial bid evaluation / Recommendation for Award(RFA)
- Preparation of Purchase Order
- Discussion and resolution of change requirements in consultation with Seniors
- Preparation of Change Orders

Functional Experience
- Understanding of Purchase process & SOP's
- Understanding on Commercial Terms & Conditions




- Exposure in ERP systems
- Proficient in MS Office

Industry Experience
- Hydrocarbon, Petrochemical, Chemical

Education
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) - Mech, Civil, Chemical, E&I; OR Diploma in Engineering - Mech, Civil, Chemical, E&I; or PG Diploma in Material Management or equivalent is an added advantage
