Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, statutory compliance, treasury, and MIS. The ideal candidate should have experience managing finance and accounting functions of a diversified group of companies across multiple business entities, with solid knowledge of Ind AS, ERP systems, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
- Independently handle statutory, tax, internal, and regulatory audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit observations.
- Manage real estate accounting, including project costs, land acquisitions,



construction expenses, and project profitability.
- Handle accounting and valuation of investments, mutual funds, bonds, equity instruments, and group investments.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage banking transactions, fund positioning, payment controls, cash flow planning, and working capital.
- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, variance analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards / Ind AS.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems.
