Job Description, Roles and Responsibilities1. CRM System Management  Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system.  Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper segmentation.  Manage CRM dashboards, workflows, and automation tools.  Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with IT/vendors for enhancements.2. Customer Data Analysis  Analyze customer requirement, purchase history, and engagement trends.  Prepare analytical reports on customer insights, campaign results, and retention.  Identify opportunities for personalized engagement, cross-sell, and up-sell.3. Communication Management  Plan and execute email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty campaigns.  Segment customer groups for targeted communication.4. Quotation Preparation & Sales Coordination Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and price estimates for customers.  Ensure quotations follow company policies, pricing structures, and approval paths.  Coordinate with sales and finance teams for final approvals and documentation.5.



Negotiation & Customer Interaction Communicate with customers to clarify requirements, pricing, and product details.  Support the sales team in negotiation with customers to close deals.  Maintain skilled and customer-centric communication to enhance conversionrates.6.
