Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer and lead details in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Support the Sales team in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements
- Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and data-management skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or a similar role preferred.
