Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition for our US IT Staffing practice.



The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling IT staffing services, opening new enterprise accounts, building relationships with hiring managers and procurement teams, and consistently achieving revenue targets. This is a hunter role requiring a robust network, consultative selling skills, and expertise in the US staffing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across the United States.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Leaders, Vendor Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and Program Managers.
- Generate opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
