Job Description

Responsibilities
- Fire Pump Room: Ensure that all pumps are in working condition/Auto mode.
- Fire Pump Room: Ensure Pressure gauges are working.
- Fire Pump Room: Checking Gong bell.
- Fire Pump Room: Check diesel pump engine oil condition/level.
- Fire Pump Room: Check diesel engine battery condition.
- Fire Pump Room: Ensure all valves of pump room should be in open condition.
- Fire Pump Room: Ensure diesel tank levels should be 80% above.
- Fire Pump Room: Ensure daily checklist has to be signed by shift fire man.
- Fire Pump Room: Ensure all First Aid and Fire Fighting Equipments are serviceable 24/7.
- Fire Pump Room: Ensure fire water tank level.
- Fire Pump Room: Beacon light should be in working condition of pumps- check.
- Fire Pump Room: Ensure all the pumps should be leakage free.
- Smoke Ventilation System/Pressurization System: Ensure all fresh air fans in auto mode.




- Smoke Ventilation System/Pressurization System: Ensure all smoke exhaust fans in auto mode.
- Smoke Ventilation System/Pressurization System: Ensure all pressurization fans are in auto mode.
- Smoke Ventilation System/Pressurization System: Ensure all Normal Exhaust fans are in auto mode.
- Common Responsibilities: Conduct Evacuation drill of Building Emergency response plan for clients in case of any emergency.
- Common Responsibilities: Ensure Smooth Operation of Traffic.
- Common Responsibilities: Check Guards duties and posts.
- Common Responsibilities: Training/ briefing of Guards on Fire safety and security.
- Common Responsibilities: Inspecting hot work areas.
- Common Responsibilities: Checking PPE at the site.
- Common Responsibilities: Issue Different Types of permits.
- Common Responsibilities: Checking and inspection with safety standards of fit out area.
