About The Job:
Execute end-to-end Supply Planning and Network Operations for the assigned Area/Category, ensuring service delivery adhering performance metrics. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supply planning processes and guide team with standard practices. Lead a team of professionals to ensure robust supply execution, effective inventory control, reliable supplier coordination, and high-quality master data governance. Drive adoption of digital tools and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, responsiveness,
and planning excellence across the supply network.
Supply Chain involves managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role includes planning and coordinating production, transportation, and inventory management. It also involves ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control. The goal is to optimize the entire supply chain process to meet customer demands and improve organizational efficiency.
Align product design and development processes with business objectives and market strategy. Manage product launch throughout sales and distribution channels. Prepare internal operations and partner organizations to support the recent product, aiming to reduce time-to-market.
