Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the sports club, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee event planning and management for corporate events, weddings, and other special occasions.
- Collaborate with hotel sales team to promote packages and offers related to fitness & wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 9-11 years of experience in Sports Club Management or similar industry (Fitness & Wellness).
- Solid background in Business Operations, Events Management, Membership Services, Sales Development.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns for new product launches.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including staff members.
