Job Description – HR Executive

Location: 56, Ballygunge Gardens, Gariahat, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700019
Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM | Monday to Friday(Alternate Sat)
Experience: 2–3 years
Salary: Up to ₹20,000+ per month, based on interview performance

About the Role

Mahe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Executive with 2–3 years of mandatory experience in IT recruitment within an International BPO environment. Candidates with experience hiring for Content Writers, Website Consultants, and other IT/Digital roles will be preferred.

Candidates with experience in an International BPO, especially UK shift/process recruitment, are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, digital, and BPO positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and interview suitable candidates.
- Recruit for roles including Content Writers, Website Consultants, and other IT/Digital positions.
- Manage job postings, candidate databases, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with management and hiring teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle joining formalities and maintain proper employee documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring performance.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant HR/IT recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience in an International BPO is preferred.
- Experience recruiting for IT, Content Writing, Website Consulting, and Digital roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
