Position Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Territory Manager – Healthcare to drive business growth within the healthcare vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B field sales, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to medical professionals.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation and cold calling to product demonstrations and deal closure—while building a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

· Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, and radiology departments.

· Conduct market research, networking, and cold outreach to build a robust pipeline.

· Maintain and regularly update a target customer database in the CRM system.

Cold Calling & Client Engagement

· Execute consistent cold calling and follow-ups to initiate and nurture client relationships.

· Schedule product demonstrations, technical discussions, and business meetings with prospective clients.

3. Field Sales & Territory Management

· Conduct on-site client visits across the assigned territory to understand requirements and present tailored solutions.

· Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads across all stages of the sales funnel.

· Ensure strong territory coverage and customer engagement.

4. Product Knowledge & Solution Selling

· Develop in-depth knowledge of EIZO’s healthcare product portfolio, including:

o Diagnostic imaging displays

o Surgical monitors

o Clinical review display systems

· Clearly articulate technical and clinical value propositions to healthcare professionals.

· Deliver impactful product demonstrations and solution consultations.
