We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative with excellent English communication skills fit for the US market to own end-to-end relationship-building with our US/international client base from nurturing warm, campaign generated leads through to closed deals. This role is built around deep, thoughtful lead nurturing rather than high volume cold outreach you'll work an existing lead/campaign database, understand each prospect's context, and guide them independently through to a closed deal.
This role requires working evening/night IST hours to align with US client time zones. We offer a remote setup to support this schedule.
What You'll Do
*Lead Nurturing & Communication*
- Own nurturing of campaign-generated and database leads via targeted, multi-touch email sequences
- Monitor engagement and respond at the right moments no lead goes cold from inattention
- Communicate confidently and independently with US/international clients across email and calls, without needing to hand off to a senior or technical team member
*Sales Execution & Closing*
- Lead discovery calls and guide evaluated, high-potential leads through to close
- Own the full sales cycle in Salesforce from lead engagement through prospect creation to close-won
- Route only larger/complex opportunities to the Sales Manager
*Reporting*
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly forecasting and pipeline reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in an inside sales/ISR role, ideally B2B SaaS/software, with direct US/international client exposure
- Excellent verbal and written English communication must be comfortable owning conversations with US/international clients independently, without relying on a technical or senior team member to close
- Strong hands-on experience in email nurturing/lead nurturing (not just cold outreach)
- Proven ability to close deals independently, not just generate/qualify leads
