We are a well-established Export Company engaged in the processing and export of food products to international markets including the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand. As part of the expansion of our new factory, we are looking to onboard a Quality Control Trainee.

Position: Quality Control Trainee

This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who wish to build a strong career in food quality assurance and export-oriented manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring quality control processes during food processing and packaging
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Support implementation of quality systems such as GMP, GHP, and HACCP
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
- Assist during internal audits and inspections
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure compliance with quality standards

Eligibility & Qualifications




- Professional degree/diploma from a recognized Food Technology / Food Processing / Food Science / Quality Control institute or college (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Food processing techniques
- Quality control systems
- Hygiene and sanitation practices
- Food safety standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a factory environment
- Good communication and documentation skills
