Job Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor the anodising process for aluminium extrusion profiles.
- Monitor chemical bath parameters such as pH, concentration, temperature, current density and conductivity.
- Conduct regular chemical analysis and maintain process records.
- Ensure anodising quality, colour consistency, coating thickness and surface finish as per specifications.
- Monitor and maintain anodising tanks, chemical baths and process conditions.
- Identify process deviations, surface defects and quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to maintain consistent output.
- Maintain chemical consumption records and support chemical/process optimization.
- Ensure protected handling, storage and disposal of chemicals as per EHS requirements.
- Follow SOPs, safety standards and environmental compliance requirements.
- Prepare daily process reports and maintain necessary documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 0–1 year; freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of anodising, electrochemical processes and chemical treatment of aluminium will be preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
