Job Description
- Manage a team of sales executives, including internal proposal engineers
- Identify and meet companies / stakeholders / Dept heads across industry segments
- Identify opportunities / RFQs and submit proposals on time
- Manage internal proposals and interact with Software / NPD engineering team for solutions
- Build, manage and achieve the annual budget plans for self and sales team
- Team building and motivation

Requirements
- BE - ECE / ICE or CS with 10-15 years of experience
- Should have the capacity to visit customers,



understand their requirement and convert into RFQ proposals and negotiate for closure.
- Deep understanding of wireless, IIoT & related technology in applications involving manufacturing, process approach, PLC interface & protocols, data exchange formats
- Industry connects and networking across industry segments
- Analytical Skills
- Valuable oral & verbal communication
