Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers, industries, OEMs, dealers, contractors, and end users.
- Generate new enquiries and business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, references, and other sales activities.
- Promote Sigma Process Controls' range of industrial products, including:
- Submersible Pumps
- Sewage & Dewatering Pumps
- Industrial Pumps
- Roots Blowers
- Ring / Side Channel Blowers
- Ozonators
- Water & Wastewater Treatment Equipment
- Meet customers regularly and understand their requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations until order closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop new dealers and channel partners in assigned territories.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for quotations and order processing.
- Maintain customer information, sales activities, and follow-up details in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research to identify recent projects, industries, and potential customers.




- Support payment follow-ups and ensure smooth coordination with customers.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree / Diploma. Candidates with Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, or Engineering backgrounds will be preferred.
- Experience: 1–5 years in Sales, Field Sales, B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in industrial sales may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of industrial equipment, pumps, blowers, or wastewater treatment is an advantage.
