Role & responsibilities
- conduct classroom training sessions on Soft Skills and Employability Skills.
- Develop students' English and Hindi communication skills.
- Train students in spoken English, verbal communication and professional communication.
- Conduct sessions on personality development and qualified behavior.
- Train students in presentation skills, public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions and interview preparation sessions.
- Develop students' confidence, leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Teach workplace etiquette, professional conduct and communication.
- Conduct activities, role plays, group discussions and interactive learning sessions.
- Provide career guidance and counselling to students.




- Assess students' communication and soft skills through activities, tests and practical assessments.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials and assessments.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records and student performance reports.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to students for improvement.
- Motivate students and create an engaging and positive classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the center management regarding student progress and training requirements.
- Support students in becoming employment-ready and developing workplace skills.
