Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Sales Manager / BDM to drive business growth and sales in the solar energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, managing customers, achieving sales targets, and building solid relationships with dealers, EPC partners, installers, and other stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Generate new leads and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new markets, dealers, distributors, EPC partners, installers, and corporate customers.
- Promote and sell solar products and solutions, including:
- Solar PV Modules
- Solar Inverters
- Rooftop Solar Systems




- Commercial & Industrial Solar Solutions
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
- Follow up with customers from enquiry generation to order confirmation and payment collection.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, order processing, dispatch, installation, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
