About the Role

Prabal Ply, a growing plywood, block board and flush door manufacturer, is looking for a hands-on HR & Administration Executive to manage the full employee lifecycle and day-to-day factory administration. If you're organised, dependable, and keen to learn, this is a role where you'll own HR operations end to end.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment across job portals (LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri), consultancies, and local ITIs for factory and technical roles.
- Track attendance for sales, supervisors, and factory labour; verify overtime and machine-generated reports.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including contractor and daily labour payroll; resolve payroll queries.
- Maintain employee records and filing for smooth ESI/PF advantages; prepare all HR letters and documentation.
- Handle statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Professional Tax)



in coordination with the liaisoning person and CA.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, exit formalities, and full-and-final settlements.
- Oversee office and facilities admin — housekeeping, security/visitor management, vendor coordination, and POP stock.
- Prepare regular HR and administrative reports for management.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (HR / MBA-HR preferred).
- Prior HR & Admin experience, ideally in manufacturing or a factory setup.
- Knowledge of attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, P-Tax).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational skills, discretion, and willingness to learn independently (including AI tools).
