Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site.
- Execute civil works strictly according to the provided drawings and official instructions.
- Clearly communicate work requirements to supervisors, contractors and labour teams.
- Supervise structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Plan and allocate daily work to labour teams.
- Monitor labour productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Check the quality and quantity of construction materials received at the site.
- Prevent material wastage and ensure proper usage and storage.
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the execution.
- Take responsibility for completing the assigned work within the scheduled timeline.

Preferred Candidate Profile




- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on site execution experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
- Ability to understand drawings and accurately execute the work at the site.
- Capable of independently managing labour, contractors and daily site activities.
- Responsible, disciplined and willing to follow instructions from management.
- Positive communication and site coordination skills.
- Candidates residing in Sholinganallur or nearby areas will be preferred.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
